MEMBERSHIP

Rules for joining Broward County Association of the Deaf, Inc. (BCAD) are as follows:

1.  Active:  Anyone living within 50-mile area is to be active member at $40.00 per year.

2.  Non-Resident:  Anyone living out of 50-mile area is to be non-resident member at $25.00 per year.

3.  Snowbird:  Anyone having 6-month residency in two states is be to a snowbird at $25.00 per year.

4.  Associate:  Hearing people can join BCAD as an Associate Member at $25.00 per year.
    A.  January, February and March- $25.00
    B.  April, May, and June-  $18.75
    C.  July, August, and September-  $12.50
    D.  October, November, and December- $6.25

5.  New members and those who have not renewed their memberships in the past must pay ten dollars ($10.00) initiation fee.

6.  All membership dues are paid every year between January 1st and February 28th (February 29th that occurs once every four years).

7.  Only active members have the right to vote during the regular meeting.
